Prior to booking an appointment, please carefully read all information & policies below.

All appointments require a NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT that goes towards your appointment.
Please arrive at your scheduled time. Arriving late will limit the time of your scheduled appointment There is a 10 minute grace period for clients who may be running late.
A minimum of 48 hours is required to reschedule/cancel a booked appointment
No shows will be charged 100% of service price. No exceptions!
If you, or another person In your household, has an infectious or contagious disease, please contact us immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later date.
Please do not bring any additional guests (i.e, friends, family members, or children) with you to your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure to do so within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so will prevent you from booking any services in the future.

Restrictions apply if under the following conditions:

Must not be pregnant or breastfeeding
Accutane in the past year
Skin irritations, Psoriasis, or Eczema near the treated area
Diabetic (consult doctor
Epilepsy
Under 18 years old
Botox within 4 weeks of your appointment
Chemical peel within 2 weeks of your appointment
No keloids
Not currently on chemo

Any treatment, medication, or illness that comprises the immune system/healing would NOT a good candidate for micropigmentation/pmu procedure. Thanks for choosing Fancyluxedolls. We look forward to serving you.
